Responsibilities and Duties…..

  • Strive to complete 15 to 50 successful closings annually to maintain sales goals
  • Active NC Real Estate License (Tuition Credit Program available for Unlicensed Applicants)
  • Maintain continuing education requirements per state requirements. Membership to Local and National REALTOR® associations.
  • Participate in Exclusive CATAPULT® and READY, SET, GO training program
  • Attend Coaching/Mentoring and Goal sessions when scheduled
  • Uphold the Business Core Values and Code of Ethics at all times
  • Respond to all client’s questions, comments or concerns in a timely fashion to ensure unequalled customer service
  • Participate at company sales meetings and other scheduled events
  • Mastery of our industry leading and proprietary systems to market through the Better Homes and Gardens Greenhouse and internal tools.
  • Represent buyer clients on home tours and help them navigate through the sales process of buying & negotiating the contract using our proven Sales Process until the successful closing, all while safe guarding the client’s best interests.
  • Prepare Comparative Market Analysis (CMA), Identify marketing strategy, List and Market homes for sellers by following our Proven systems.
  • You know the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry like the back of your hand
  • Willing to work evenings and weekends
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required to apply
  • Time management and strong organizational skills are key
